We're looking for a passionate and energeticRelationship Managerto join our growing team atSpeedioo. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to connect effectively with showroom partners and business owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with new business partners, dealers, and showrooms across Pune.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with showroom owners and key decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
- Act as a point of contact for clients handle queries, share updates, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Gather market insights and competitor activities to support strategic decisions.
- Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum1 year of experienceinB2B sales(preferably field sales).
- Excellentcommunication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency inMarathiandHindi/English.
- Strongrelationship-buildingandcustomer handlingabilities.
- Self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and the ability to work independently on the field.
