Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Pune. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying client needs, developing strategies to meet those needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include communicating with clients, managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and providing the best solutions to clients problems.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Client relationship management and account management experience
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
• Experience in the Solar Industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
