Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The day-to-day tasks include managing accounts, resolving customer queries, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations and contributing to achieving company revenue goals.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
