• Strong experience in CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) acquisition
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Knowledge of retail banking products

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Acquire new CASA customers through field sales and networking
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Cross-sell banking products such as loans, insurance, and investments
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries

Additional Information:

• Candidate must be comfortable with field sales
• Strong local market knowledge is preferred
