Senior Relationship Manager

This is a full time on site role for senior relationship manager for Bangalore, Chennai and Delhi. The senior relationship manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying customer needs, offering appropriate insurance solutions, ensuring high standards of customer service. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, providing product information, meeting and interacting with clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with corporates and brokers. Lead negotiations for finalizing terms and pricing for RFPs.
• Achieve sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling to existing corporate clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and concerns.
• Prospect new clients, analyze their risk profiles, and create compelling insurance proposals tailored to their needs.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship building and client management skills, understanding of insurance products.
• Proven experience in meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and in team, and manage a portfolio of clients effectively.
• Analytical skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in using Microsoft office tools.
