Job Summary:
Shriram Life Insurance is hiring Relationship Managers to drive business growth by building strong customer relationships, generating leads, and promoting life insurance products. The role requires a result-oriented individual with strong communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
Generate leads through field work, references, and networking
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for renewals and cross-selling
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Graduate (any stream)
0–3 years of experience in sales/insurance/banking (freshers can also apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
