Relationship Manager (RM) Samruddhi Loans

Product: Samruddhi (HL LAP)
Experience: 1+ Year in Mortgage/Housing Finance
CTC: Up to 4 Lacs + Incentives
Job Role: The RM will be responsible for the ground-level sourcing of Home Loans and Loans Against Property. This role focuses on the Samruddhi segment, targeting individual homeowners and small business owners in urban and semi-urban areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Sourcing: Actively scout for loan requirements in assigned territories (Delhi NCR or Karnal).
- Partner Network: Build and maintain relationships with local connectors, small contractors, and property consultants.
- Customer Assessment: Visit customer business sites/residences to understand their profile and collect necessary documentation.
- End-to-End Coordination: Manage the file from Login to Disbursement, coordinating with the credit and legal teams.
- Targets: Achieve monthly disbursement and login targets consistently.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in HL/LAP (Mortgage is mandatory).
- Stability: Minimum 1 year in the current organization.
- Skillset: Basic understanding of mortgage documentation and field sales.
- Local Knowledge: Must be well-versed with the local geography of Delhi, Noida, or Karnal.
