Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will primarily work with real estatefocused clients, supporting them through property-related discussions while managing the associated loan and financing requirements.

The role involves engaging with clients exploring property purchases and real estate projects, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with internal real estate teams and developer partners. Based on the client's property selection and financial profile, the Relationship Manager will then advise on suitable loan products, guide clients through eligibility, and manage the end-to-end loan process.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-management skills to engage with real estate clients, developers, and channel partners
  • Experience or working knowledge of real estate sales, property advisory, or real estate client handling
  • Good understanding of loan products such as Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, Project Funding, and Business Loans
  • Ability to assess client requirements from both a property and financing perspective
  • Familiarity with loan eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and end-to-end loan processes
  • Sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills with a consultative approach
  • Ability to coordinate with developers, internal teams, banks, and NBFC partners
  • Organized approach to follow-ups, CRM updates, and case tracking
  • Willingness to work in a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in real estate advisory, loan consultancy, or financial services will be an added advantage
