Application Processing:
Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and submitted accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams to expedite the loan approval process.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all loan applications comply with regulatory and internal policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan transactions.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Provide feedback to the management team to enhance our loan products and services.
Customer Education:
Conduct workshops or seminars to educate clients about financial literacy, loan options, and related topics.
Reporting and Analysis:
