Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct regular check-ins to understand their financial needs and offer tailored loan solutions.
Loan Product Expertise:

Possess in-depth knowledge of the company's loan products, terms, and conditions.
Educate clients on various loan options available to them.
Sales and Business Development:

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Application Processing:

Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and submitted accurately.
Collaborate with internal teams to expedite the loan approval process.
Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure all loan applications comply with regulatory and internal policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all loan transactions.
Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Provide feedback to the management team to enhance our loan products and services.
Customer Education:

Conduct workshops or seminars to educate clients about financial literacy, loan options, and related topics.
Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
