Hiring Alert Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. CTC: Up to 4 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Job Role Responsibilities

  • Recruit, build, and manage a team of advisors/agents from different professional backgrounds.
  • Provide training, guidance, and continuous motivation to team members to improve their performance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Drive sales through the advisor network and ensure consistent business growth.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with team members and ensure high engagement levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Identify new opportunities for business expansion and market penetration.
  • Support advisors in client meetings and help them close deals effectively.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum Graduate (any stream).
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or business development will be preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.
  • Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented individual.
  • Freshers with strong communication and leadership qualities can also apply.
