Role Description

The Relationship Manager - Retail Loans is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves understanding clients financial needs to offer tailored retail loan solutions, managing and nurturing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will also be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing partnerships with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and maintaining detailed and accurate client records to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Proficiency in needs analysis, loan structuring, and financial products like retail loans
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
• Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Experience in financial services or banking, particularly in retail lending, is highly desirable
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology in financial services
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Understanding of regulatory compliance in the financial domain
• Ability to work independently and thrive in client-facing roles
