Roles & Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage banking and investment relationships with Yes Premia clients
- Drive overall growth in liabilities and investment business from branch/retail customers
- Develop and expand client relationships by delivering service levels that exceed expectations
- Identify and engage high-potential clients to increase business volume and wallet share
Business Development & Sales
- Achieve sales targets across product categories: liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, and investments
- Proactively sell the full range of consumer and commercial banking products to both existing and prospective customers
- Deepen existing relationships or acquire new clients to increase CASA balances in the allocated portfolio
- Drive product and channel penetration to maximize customer relationship value
Customer Engagement
- Maintain consistent portfolio quality through regular client engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring service satisfaction and personalized financial solutions
Investment Advisory
- Analyze customer financial needs and recommend suitable investment options with transparency
- Drive fee-based income by promoting mutual funds, insurance, and other investment products
Audit & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to the Bank's policies and procedures related to acquisition, BSA, and KYC norms
- Comply with all regulatory requirements set by authorities like RBI, SEBI, AMFI, and IRDA
