Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients by understanding their financial needs, providing recommendations, and offering suitable investment products. Daily tasks include maintaining and enhancing client relationships, catering to inquiries related to equities, commodities, and other financial products, generating leads for business development, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

* NISM 8 is mandetory.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and client servicing skills
• Comprehensive understanding of financial products including equities, commodities, and mutual funds
• Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assist clients in investment decisions
• Detail-oriented with organizational and time management skills
• Working knowledge of financial markets, regulatory compliance, and trading platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field; certification in investment or finance is a plus
• Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services or broking industry is desirable
