Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida for a Relationship Manager. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships by understanding their real estate needs and providing expert guidance. Responsibilities include assisting clients with property discovery and selection, facilitating smooth transactions with developers, conducting market research, and ensuring excellent customer service to drive satisfaction and loyalty. The Relationship Manager will also contribute to business growth by identifying and pursuing potential opportunities in the real estate market.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to provide personalized real estate solutions and deliver excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of property discovery, advisory, and real estate consulting processes, including both residential and commercial markets.
- Proficiency in communication and negotiation for building trust with clients and facilitating successful transactions.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and stay updated on the real estate sector.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and projects efficiently.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented approach to meeting sales targets and business development goals.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or with client-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
