Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Relationship Manager based on-site in Navi Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and offering tailored real estate solutions. Key responsibilities include providing personalized property advisory services, maintaining client satisfaction, conducting site visits, tracking market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. The role demands a proactive and client-centric approach to deliver excellence and exceed expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills to actively engage clients and manage accounts
  • Proficiency in property advisory, market analysis, and sales strategy
  • Ability to negotiate, close deals, and provide exceptional post-sales support to clients
  • Excellent market knowledge and experience in both residential and commercial real estate
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and meeting key performance indicators
  • Team-oriented mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and adaptability
  • Relevant professional experience; a background in real estate, sales, or customer relations is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
