Role Description
This full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role is based in Lucknow. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, providing real estate consultancy, and assisting clients in achieving their property goals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, offering tailored property solutions, managing negotiations, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. Collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders is essential to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer engagement, relationship building, and client retention
- Strong skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of real estate consulting, market trends, and property management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Experience in sales or real estate is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field
