Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager Real Estate role based in Noida. The role involves managing client relationships, assisting them in identifying and purchasing residential or commercial properties, and providing tailored real estate solutions. Responsibilities include conducting property site visits, negotiating offers, maintaining a database of relevant properties, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. The Relationship Manager will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver ethical, transparent, and insight-driven support throughout their real estate journey.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, property laws, and regulations.
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple clients and transactions efficiently.
  • Experience in conducting property site visits and creating tailor-made solutions for clients needs.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and property listing platforms is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate ethical and customer-focused behavior.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in real estate consulting or sales is highly desirable.
