Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail banking customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
  • Cross-sell loans, credit cards, deposits, and other banking products
  • Assist customers with account opening, transactions, and resolving queries
  • Achieve sales and service targets set by the bank
  • Monitor customer portfolios and follow up for renewals or upgrades
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail banking or financial services
  • Good knowledge of banking products and services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred

  • Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
