Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining relationships with clients, financial advisors, and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include understanding client needs, providing guidance on financial products, assisting with investment strategies, and addressing client queries. The role also entails coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and achieving business targets through client acquisition and retention strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Expertise in financial products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, and Fixed Income instruments
• Proficiency in relationship management and client servicing
• Knowledge of investment planning, market trends, and wealth management
• Capacity to meet targets and manage portfolios efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in financial services, sales, or relationship management is advantageous
• Proficient in local languages and familiarity with the Kochi market is a plus
