An S2S (Service-to-Sales) Executive or Relationship Manager is responsible for managing existing policyholder relationships to provide, high-quality service while proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional insurance products.

This role bridges the gap between customer support (servicing) and sales, turning customer touchpoints into business growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities (Job Description)

• Customer Relationship Management:Handle queries, complaints, and service requests for existing customers to maintain high satisfaction.
• Sales Conversion:Convert service-related interactions (e.g., policy renewals, upgrades, claims) into new sales or top-up policies.
• Up-selling & Cross-selling:Analyze the Orphan Base (customers without a dedicated agent) and existing portfolios to offer relevant insurance products.
• Lead Management:Manage and update the Lead Management System (LMS) with data from existing customers or inquiries.
• Persistency Management:Ensure high renewal rates to maintain the company's portfolio quality (persistency ratio).
• Need-Based Selling:Adhere to a Need Based Selling Model, which involves understanding the client's life stage and financial goals before proposing products.
• Compliance:Adhere strictly to IRDAI regulations and internal company policies, ensuring ethical, need-based selling practices.AmbitionBox
