Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Manager, based out of Dimapur, with the flexibility for occasional remote work. As a Relationship Manager, you will oversee interactions with clients, foster long-term relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities include acting as a liaison between clients and the company, addressing customer concerns promptly, creating strategies to strengthen partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role will further involve collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management skills, exceptional interpersonal abilities, and customer service expertise
- Proficiency in negotiation, conflict resolution, and consultative sales
- Organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Ability to analyze client needs, identify business opportunities, and develop tailored solutions
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools is an advantage
