Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager – Premium Acquisition, based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include identifying and acquiring high-value clients, managing relationships with premium customers, and ensuring that their banking needs are met efficiently. The Relationship Manager will analyze client financial needs, offer tailored solutions, and support clients in achieving their financial goals. The role also involves onboarding new clients, cross-selling banking products, and maintaining strong client satisfaction while meeting organizational sales and revenue objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in client relationship management, customer engagement, and understanding client financial needs
  • Proficiency in sales, cross-selling financial products, and achieving business targets
  • Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance standards
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using banking software and tools to support client management and sales processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the banking or financial sector is preferred
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
