Client Acquisition & CASA Management
- Acquire new high-end current account clients through lead generation
- Achieve monthly CASA acquisition targets
- Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of customers
- Ensure customers maintain required balances and start transactions within defined timelines (M1 & Q1)
Cross-Selling & Product Promotion
- Promote additional banking products such as insurance, merchant acquiring, trade, FX, CMS/DSB
- Liaise with Branch Managers and product teams to provide suitable business solutions
Customer Engagement & Digital Adoption
- Drive adoption of digital banking channels (internet banking, DSB)
- Maintain high-quality customer interactions and records
- Provide regular updates to branch and regional management
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and internal banking policies
- Maintain compliance with organizational guidelines
