Job Description

Client Acquisition & CASA Management

  • Acquire new high-end current account clients through lead generation
  • Achieve monthly CASA acquisition targets
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of customers
  • Ensure customers maintain required balances and start transactions within defined timelines (M1 & Q1)

Cross-Selling & Product Promotion

  • Promote additional banking products such as insurance, merchant acquiring, trade, FX, CMS/DSB
  • Liaise with Branch Managers and product teams to provide suitable business solutions

Customer Engagement & Digital Adoption

  • Drive adoption of digital banking channels (internet banking, DSB)
  • Maintain high-quality customer interactions and records
  • Provide regular updates to branch and regional management

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, and internal banking policies
  • Maintain compliance with organizational guidelines
