Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Relationship Manager. The individual in this position will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their event requirements, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the event planning process. Key responsibilities include client consultations, coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, ensuring timelines are met, and addressing client feedback to provide a seamless event experience.

• Knowledge of vendor management, budget handling, and negotiation techniques.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the event management industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
