Roles & Responsibilities Relationship Manager
Acquire new clients for demat and trading accounts through leads, references, and networking while building a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Generate revenue by promoting equity trading, derivatives, and other financial products while achieving monthly and quarterly brokerage targets.
Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular market updates, investment insights, and assisting clients with their trading and investment needs.
Encourage clients to increase trading activity and investment volume while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, Bonds, IPOs, PMS, AIF, and Insurance to enhance revenue opportunities.
Share research reports, market insights, and product information to help clients make informed investment decisions.
Ensure proper KYC documentation, demat account opening formalities, and regulatory compliance as per SEBI and stock exchange guidelines.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation while resolving client queries related to trading, accounts, and platform usage.
Coordinate with operations, compliance, and support teams to ensure smooth client servicing and quick resolution of issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in stock broking, wealth management, or financial services.
Strong knowledge of capital markets, equity trading, and financial products.
Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and generate revenue.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in client acquisition or relationship management in a broking firm.
Existing network of active traders or HNI clients.
Certification such as NISM Series VIII or other relevant certifications.
