Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Propose the strategic Bancassurance sales plan for the assigned regions, discuss necessary approvals, and execute the agreed plan
  • Formulate strategy in the areas of customer targeting, product proposition, sales structures, marketing, and branding
  • Direct the strategy for establishing profitable and productive relationships with bank partners
  • Plan and implement appropriate models and strategies with respect to bank partners to enhance distribution power of the existing business
