Role: Relationship Manager

Location - Kolkata

Role Overview

Responsible for acquiring and managing Affluent & Super Affluent clients, providing investment solutions, and growing Assets Under Management (AUM) through strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new Affluent/HNI clients through market sourcing and personal networks.
  • Build, manage, and grow high-value client portfolios.
  • Increase AUM through cross-selling financial products.
  • Provide investment advisory based on client goals and risk profile.
  • Identify business opportunities and generate new leads.
  • Stay updated on market trends and investment products.
  • Collaborate with research and CFP teams for investment planning.
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and client engagement activities.
  • Enhance wallet share and overall portfolio value.

  • Demat Accounts
  • PMS
  • Insurance

Requirements

  • Experience in wealth management, banking, or financial services.
  • Strong client acquisition and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with Affluent/HNI clients preferred.
  • Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Insurance, Equity, and Demat products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert prospects.
  • Good market awareness and analytical skills.
