Should have sold mutual funds as a cross sell product.
- Achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Build and manage distributor relationships through regular calls and biannual field visits.
- Provide market insights, product updates, and digital enhancements to add value.
- Maintain and refresh distributor database quarterly to focus on key business counters.
- Conduct consultative sales calls and virtual engagements with IMFDs and National Distributors.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve distributor queries promptly.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- 24 years of relevant experience in BFSI.
