Relationship Manager – Microfinance
Location: Salem
CTC: Up to 3.75 LPA
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic professionals to join our Microfinance team as a Relationship Manager. If you have experience in Collections or Recoveries (any loan or financial product) and enjoy interacting with customers, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in the BFSI sector.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate
- Male candidates only
- Age: Up to 30 years
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Collections & Recoveries (any product)
- Good communication and customer relationship skills
- Willingness to travel for field visits
Key Responsibilities
- Manage collection and recovery activities for assigned customers.
- Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collections.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet collection targets while following company policies.
- Update customer records and submit field visit reports.
