About the Role
We are hiring Relationship Managers – Microfinance to handle customer acquisition, collections and recovery activities across Salem-area branches.
Requirements
- Any Graduate
- Freshers can apply
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Collections & Recoveries preferred
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Microfinance or Financial Services preferred
- Candidates with experience in any product can apply
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Willing to work in field activities
- Age up to 30 years
- Immediate joiners preferred
Responsibilities
- Handle customer relationships and field activities
- Visit customers and follow up on accounts
- Manage collection and recovery activities
- Follow up with customers for timely payments
- Maintain regular customer communication
- Conduct field visits as required
- Identify and resolve customer queries
- Maintain collection records and reports
- Coordinate with the branch team
- Achieve assigned collection and business targets
