About Roles & Responsibility:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the B2B relationship and business development in distributor community of Private Wealth, Private Banking & Boutique Wealth Firms preferably based in Mumbai / West.
  • Business development via IFAs and National Distributors, Banks, MFDs, etc.
  • Strong ability to build and scale IFA channels
  • End to end onboarding of partners and driving a wow experience through the life cycle of the product
  • Drive sales on focused products like Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Structured Products, PMS etc
  • Identify key areas for driving results

Key Requirements:

  • Already having relationships with key people in distributor fraternity
  • Ability to forecast sales and implement the desired program
  • Client Centricity, Ownership of business, Resourceful & Problem solver, networker
  • Adaptable, result oriented, Above avg Analytical ability, eye to detail
  • High ownership and execution capability
  • Proven ability to drive closures and revenue outcomes
  • Clarity in communication and client engagement.
