Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Business Development Specialist. The responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to understand client needs, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, and promoting NoBrokerHood's services. Additionally, the role involves proposing tailored solutions to societies and managing customer queries and concerns effectively.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience into Inside sales/business development.
  • Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify and analyze potential opportunities
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Solid Analytical Skills to understand market trends and evaluate business opportunities
  • Experience in the real estate, technology, or community management sector is preferred
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
  • Proactive and results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
