Role Description

In this full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Bengaluru, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with their property-related needs. Key responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, facilitating property viewings, and guiding them through the decision-making process. You will also collaborate with teams to ensure seamless service delivery and build long-term relationships with customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and the ability to handle queries, concerns, and conflict resolution professionally.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle scheduling, documentation, and multiple client requirements.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to address client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with digital tools used for property management and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with prior sales or customer service experience being a bonus.
  • Understanding of the real estate market in Bengaluru and fluency in local languages are advantageous.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven work environment.
