Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
  • Answer questions and resolve any issues quickly
  • Suggest products or services that fit the client's goals
  • Meet sales or service targets set by the company
  • Keep client information updated and well-documented
  • Work with different teams to ensure good service

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to solve problems and handle pressure
  • Basic understanding of the industry and products
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not always required)
