We are looking for a Growth Client Relationship Manager – Education to manage one of our key education clients based in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client communication
- Coordinate with internal creative, performance, content, and sales teams
- Understand admission goals, lead quality, counselling feedback, and campaign requirements
- Support client in sales coordination, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
- Maintain reports, trackers, meeting notes, and campaign updates
- Ensure smooth execution and strong client relationship management
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Experience in client servicing, account management, brand management, or sales coordination
- Understanding of digital marketing and education/admission campaigns
- Comfortable working with clients, counsellors, and internal agency teams
- Proactive, organized, and growth-focused
