We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Relationship Manager with proven experience in fundraising to drive financial support for our programs. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, the ability to identify funding opportunities, and a passion for connecting donors with meaningful impact.

Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet annual revenue targets.

Identify and engage potential donors, and grant-making institutions.

Prepare compelling proposals, pitches, presentations, and donor communication materials.

Maintain strong relationships with existing donors to ensure continued support and partnership growth.

Coordinate fundraising events, campaigns, and outreach initiatives.

Conduct research to identify new funding opportunities and trends.

Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and submit periodic donor reports.

Collaborate with internal teams for project insights, budgeting, and impact documentation.

Undergraduate / Graduate

Minimum 1 years of experience in fundraising, donor management, or resource mobilization.

Strong communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.

Ability to build long-term donor relationships.

Goal-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Experience working with NGOs, social impact organizations.

Prior success in raising funds from corporate donors or foundations.
