Job Description: Relationship Manager

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and strong negotiation abilities
  • Customer-focused approach
  • Confidence in face-to-face interactions
  • Should be able to converse in English and 2 regional languages
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Accompany buyers during site visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with customers to push referral sales
  • Handle pricing discussions and negotiation confidently
  • Drive closures and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience
