Job Description: Relationship Manager
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and strong negotiation abilities
- Customer-focused approach
- Confidence in face-to-face interactions
- Should be able to converse in English and 2 regional languages
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters
Roles and Responsibilities
- Accompany buyers during site visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers to push referral sales
- Handle pricing discussions and negotiation confidently
- Drive closures and achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience
