Relationship Manager-National Pension System and Channel Management

• Drive NPS acquisition through EBFS, Branch Banking and other channels of the Bank for achievement of target allocated by Sr. Management of the Bank.
• Strong engagement with large branches, and Relationship Management Team in branch branches for enhancing retail NPS.
• Engage with sales teams in EBFS to generate leads from existing corporates relationships for implementation of Corporate NPS program. Meet decision makers in Corporates for NPS presentations leading to closures. Work with corporate HR/Finance team to increase the penetration of NPS.
• Facilitate / participate in induction activities at corporates to enroll employees in the scheme along with account opening.
• Drive the contests given by PFRDA with channels and ensure winners are felicitated and highlighted to motivate entire channel.
• Regular meeting and intense interactions with business /sales channels to generate leads, solve queries.
• Liaison and interact with external stakeholders such as PFRDA, NPS Trust, 3 CRAs, business partners at Regional levels.
