Key Responsibilities
Schedule, attend, and document client meetings (online/offline) with MoM and follow-ups.
Manage client onboarding, KYC, transactions, and documentation for compliance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding financial goals.
Re-engage inactive clients and encourage fresh/increased investments.
Ensure timely service delivery, trust-building, and long-term client retention.
Coordinate with team and management for smooth execution of client requests.
Prepare regular reports and updates on client interactions.
Generate leads, referrals, and identify business growth opportunities.
Must-Have Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to simplify and explain financial concepts
Basic understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs, and tax-saving schemes (preferred)
Proficiency in CRM tools, email, WhatsApp, and video platforms
Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Finance preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
NISM V-A Certified or willing to certify
Experience in mutual fund advisory or financial services
Passion for personal finance and client education
Ability to work independently with self-discipline
