Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Gurgaon, India. He / She will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing, growth of mutual funds business and develop insurance vertical. The role includes cross-selling financial products, understanding client needs, developing customised solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets will also be key priorities.

What we are looking for

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce or related field.
• Good knowledge of mutual funds, financial planning, wealth management, insurance, and other financial instruments
• 1-2 years of experience in financial product sales will be an advantage, however a fresher with good subjects knowledge will also be considered.
• Strong Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Experience in client acquisition, portfolio management, or financial advisory is beneficial
• Proactive mindset, result-oriented approach, and ability to meet sales targets
• NISM / IRDA certification will be an added advantage
