Job Title: Relationship Manager Mortgage (DSA Channel)
Role Purpose
To drive secured loan business (Home Loans Loan Against Property) through the DSA channel by acquiring, managing, and activating DSAs, while ensuring high-quality sourcing and portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities
- DSA Acquisition Activation
Identify and onboard new DSAs, connectors, and brokers
Drive productivity from newly onboarded and existing DSAs
Ensure DSA activation and consistent business flow
Source Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) through DSAs
Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets
Focus on self-employed and salaried customer segments
Maintain strong working relationships with DSAs
Act as the primary point of contact for partners
Conduct regular visits, training sessions, and engagement activities
- File Processing Coordination
Ensure complete and accurate documentation before login
Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams
Track cases from login to disbursement
- Portfolio Quality Compliance
Maintain high-quality sourcing standards
Ensure adherence to Reserve Bank of India guidelines and internal policies
Monitor early delinquency and reduce risk
Track competitor offerings (e.g., HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank)
Provide feedback on pricing, product features, and customer expectations
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Disbursement value (monthly/quarterly)
Number of active DSAs
Login-to-disbursement conversion ratio
File quality and approval rates
Portfolio delinquency (early bucket performance)
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate (MBA preferred)
26 years of experience in mortgage sales / DSA handling
Required Skills
Prior experience in banks/NBFCs preferred
Strong sales and target orientation
Good understanding of HL LAP products
Relationship management and partner handling
Knowledge of local property and lending market
Communication and negotiation skills
Compensation
Fixed salary + high performance incentives
Travel reimbursement (field role)
