Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive business growth through advisors network, direct client engagement, and strategic collaborations. The role involves identifying, reaching out, and building relationships with advisors meeting client's face-to-face, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and build partnerships with wealth managers, financial consultants, chartered accountants, investment advisors, family offices, portfolio managers, and other advisors.
  • Generate new leads through strategic partnerships, advisor networks, and business outreach.
  • Meet clients face-to-face to understand needs, present solutions
  • Actively follow up with prospective partners and clients
  • Develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with strategic partners to drive recurring business.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, business development team to ensure smooth execution of partnership-driven opportunities.
  • Represent the company in networking events, roadshows, and industry forums to expand reach.
  • Provide regular reporting on partnership activities, pipeline, and conversion metrics to management.

Requirements

  • MBA in Marketing major and minor in finance, Business Development.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in marketing and business development.
  • Proven track record in managing regional teams across multiple zones.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and follow-up skills.
  • Proven leadership with focus on accountability and results
  • Open to travel extensively across regions for business development and team coordination.
  • Experience in corporate banking preferred.
