About the Role:
The Relationship Manager (Mutual Funds) is the face of Mentor Wealth responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships. This role demands a balance of strong client advisory skills and an aggressive growth mindset to consistently deliver on AUM expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients and aggressively drive AUM growth.
Design, implement, and review personalized financial plans for clients.
Manage and deepen existing client relationships to expand their portfolio share.
Identify new business opportunities across networks and channels.
Partner with Mentor Wealth leadership to align client growth strategies.
Ensure full compliance with SEBI regulations and company policies.
Leverage market insights to optimize sales strategy.
Consistently meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
Who We're Looking For:
56 years of experience in mutual fund sales (Fund House experience strongly preferred).
Proven track record in AUM acquisition & revenue growth.
Deep knowledge of mutual funds, SEBI guidelines, and market trends.
Strong ability to build trust, negotiate, and close deals.
Excellent communication and client servicing skills.
AMFI/NISM certification preferred.
