Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle the existing portfolio of customers and renewals.
  • Cross-sell and upsell life insurance products to loyal/retained customers.
  • Build long-term customer relationships by providing excellent service.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.
  • Work on company-provided customer database and generate additional references.
  • Ensure compliance, documentation, and timely policy servicing.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales/insurance experience (Life Insurance/BFSI preferred).
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
  • Age: 2338 years.
