Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing policyholders.
  • Drive business growth through cross-sell and upsell of insurance products.
  • Ensure timely premium renewals and maintain persistency of policies.
  • Provide after-sales service, handle queries, and resolve customer issues.
  • Work on company-provided leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Educate customers about product features, benefits, and financial planning.
