Role Description

We are seeking full-time Relationship Managers for our branches across Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships by understanding their lending needs, guiding them through the loan process, and ensuring a seamless experience. You will handle client queries, provide tailored financial recommendations, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate timely loans. The role involves maintaining an in-depth knowledge of financial products and services and achieving business goals through effective client engagement and management.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Sales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to meet targets
  • Knowledge of financial products, credit assessment, and market trends
  • Analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other financial platforms
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven approach to work
  • Educational qualifications in finance, business, or a related field are preferred
  • Prior experience in banking, lending, or financial services is an advantage
