Position Details

• Position: Relationship Manager LAP Vishwas
• Grade: M2 / M3
• Location: Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Jalgaon and Akola
• Channel: DSA Channel
• Experience: Minimum 2+ Years
• CTC: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Affordable Home Loan (Vishwas) & LAP products
• Lead and manage a team of executives to achieve business targets (Volume, Cross-sell, Insurance, etc.)
• Build and strengthen relationships with DSA partners, Kotak branches, and builders
• Ensure achievement of team sales targets and business growth
• Monitor team productivity and location performance
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through NPS metrics
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams for smooth processing
• Drive cross-sell opportunities including CASA and TPP products
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Secured Lending / LAP / Home Loans / DSA / DST / Open Market sourcing

Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship management skills

Knowledge of secured banking products will be an added advantage
