Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive sales and service experience. You will act as a liaison between customers and the dealership, identify customer needs, provide solutions, and support their journey with Kalyani Motors.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship management skills
  • Experience in sales, customer service, and account management
  • Problem-solving abilities and proficiency in handling customer queries effectively
  • Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry or prior experience in a dealership is a plus
  • Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field
